The superb staff went above and beyond, even finding and returning my lost ID card, showcasing their genuine care. I was particularly impressed with the recently renovated room, featuring a comfortable sitting area and soundproofed interiors that ensured a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The heating and air conditioning worked flawlessly, allowing us to create the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, which added a lovely touch to our mornings.
